Build system

Build from source

$ mkdir out/_install
$ cd out
$ ../configure --prefix=$PWD/_install
$ make install -j 2
$ ./_install/bin/python3
Python 3.7.0a0 (heads/master:55ace65, May  8 2017, 18:46:07)
[GCC 4.2.1 Compatible Clang 3.8.1 (tags/RELEASE_381/final)] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> 1 + 1
2
>>> exit()

$ ./_install/bin/pip3 list # these two are installed by default
pip (9.0.1)
setuptools (28.8.0)

(NOTE) I tried CC=clang but it got linker error for ./_install/bin/pip3 install dbus-python later. So I used gcc as it is default.
