Kagerou broke sometime in the last couple months

I just get this error in ACT now:

[12/9/2022 2:59:11 PM] Error: Kagerou2: BrowserError: ContentDecodingFailed, ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED, https://hibiyasleep.github.io/kagerou/overlay/

And no other output when enabling/disabling the overlay.

Other overlays work. ACT is all up to date, as is OverlayPlugin.dll. I can open that page in my browser and it looks OK. Not sure what is going on.

this is very long, appears very rarely, unfixable transport issue. To fix this, we need to fix GitHub server and/or Chrome itself.

however we can try to avoid one of them — try change URL to https://idyllshi.re/kagerou/overlay.
I can't say this will fix this whole issue, but will get rid of using GitHub servers.

My bad, I forgot to search closed issues! The workaround works for me. Thank you!
