Starting time from issue issues

If i have the time tracker in 2 windows, one with the overview page and one with an issue page. the current running timetracker is not bound to the issue i have open.
I stop the timetracker in the first window and click start timetracker in the other. i get asked what i want to to with the running timetracker, but there is nothing running.
When i select overtake and continue, i get an bugged timetracker, with no start time.
