Settings submit button not working

I am currently on v10.5.3 and submit button on the settings section doesn't work. I've tried clearing my cookies, restarting, and updating through th cli, but it didn't resolve this issue.

I checked the js console and realized the ShadowTLS Fake Domain porperty on the form was set to an IP by default however form validation accepted only domains. I manually changed this option and the issue was resolved. I recommend fixing this placeholder on later updates.
