This PR releases frees-rpc 0.2.0.

This new version would include the following features:

• Upgrades to gRPC 1.7.0 #74: Upgrades to gRPC 1.7.0.
• Provides Empty Message #75: Updates macros to avoid deprecation warnings.
• Updates macros to avoid deprecation warnings #76: Provides Empty Message.

It also modifies the README.md file with additional notes.
