Summary

• "edit dashboard" button turns on a mode for editing dashboard metadata and chart order
• adds the dnd-kit library to enable drag-and-drop ordering for charts
• saves ordering as a graphIds field on Visualization
• uses the ComboboxSelect component for group by / bucket by / metric keys in the editor
