Add empty state UI for sessions in related resource panel

Summary

Adds the empty states to the session player on the related resource panel and fixes a bug where we would get stuck in the loading state if the session wasn't playable.

How did you test this change?

Click tested and found some sessions that weren't playable to ensure the I saw the empty statel
