Pick up where the PR #442 stopped and finish translating the Django templates.

The full list of already translated templates:

  • All the top-level templates, except pop_up.html, release.html
  • All templates under templates/registration except activate_email.html and the .txt files
  • templates/indicators/collecteddata_list.html
  • templates/indicators/disaggregation_report.html
  • templates/indicators/indicator_form_tab_ui.html
  • templates/indicators/indicator_form.html
  • templates/indicators/indicator_list
  • templates/indicators/program_indicators_table.html

Additional context

This issue depends on #485 and should be tackled after it.
