I've got all of my local stuff committed, and I did a release, so that you've got a clean place to start from.

For a status update I went through this thread for node-fetch http2. They haven't arrived at a solution yet. I tried some of the other libraries they mention and another. I also haven't confirmed a solution yet but I'll post another update if I make progress.

I'd also accept a patch that swapped out node-fetch for something else...
