Parse other fields similar to value (voltage, tolerance, etc). There's not a standard for how this is organized so it's difficult to support.

Maybe, is better keeping all in Value, e.g. 510R, 10%, 50Vmax or 510R+-10%, 50Vmax.
And, if the KiCost, in future, be smart enough, use this to some validation #2 and display #4
