Compを使って「水を含ませて使うツール」の概念を追加する。
モップ掃除のジョブに使う掃除用具も、このCompを含むものに変更する。
水の補充行動も追加する。設備ごとの速度設定も忘れずに。

以下の情報を含むはず

  • どのタイプの仕事に使えるのか
    • モップ仕事、などの水ツール用の仕事名
  • 水の補充はどの仕事で行うか
    • 料理、水汲み、掃除などの標準の仕事名
  • 最大貯水量
  • 現在貯水量
  • 水質

速度は仮として飲む速度を使うことにした。係数をかけたほうがいいかもしれない。
