This makes streaming API functions more usable.

Twitter API specifically suggests to use POST methods when sending API
requests with potentially very long parameters, such as statuses/filter
Streaming API endpoint, which allows up to 5000 followed accounts per
call (https://dev.twitter.com/streaming/reference/post/statuses/filter)
