These 3 nodes are running 24/7 and are quite reliable: https://nodes.rs.me/

I use them in my P2Pool CI tests and didn't have problems so far.

These nodes will need removing should they still be included in this project - owner of the nodes will struggle to operate, maintain and pay for these nodes from a jail cell. (https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/media/1352551/dl)
