To train first, Download dataset from - https://mega.nz/folder/DoAGwZ7A#-X6SwDi1O9NhzQF3W7ihWQ and put them on root directory or Local Disk C.
To run, directly open detect_mask_video.py after putting bolt credentials on conf.py
