Suggestion: Quartz from Quartz Pillar in Crushing Wheel #20

Quartz Pillars should be able to be put into a crushing wheel (and maybe millstone?) in order to return the Quartz used to craft. Could give less than the full 4 if there are concerns about exploiting some world gen things that use Quartz Pillars for the white texture.

Maybe also Block of Amethyst -> Amethyst Shard?
