chore: add console lang to code blocks

This PR was published to npm with the version 6.11.1-pr.b4e38ea.0
e.g. npm install @stacks/common@6.11.1-pr.b4e38ea.0 --save-exact

For some reason, MDX is still unhappy about the code blocks
(see hirosystems/docs#589)

This fixes it, I'm not quite sure why though.
