Reproduction of Figure 1 B-E

1. Clone the repo.

2. Install the required R packages: multcompView and rstudioapi.

3. Source the code 'Figure1.R' in the "scripts" folder

The last step creates the plots shown in Figure 1 B-E. These plots are automatically stored in the "figures" folder in the pdf format.
