Changes the default dark purple color/noise image from lock screen to a color and a image the user specifies
- Ubuntu 17.10 64 bit (Xwayland)
- Grant execution permission using Terminal
sudo chmod +x ubuntu-gnome-lockscreen-background-changer.sh
- Edit bash script
- Change color hex code
- Change image file path
- Save the script
- Run the script using Terminal
sudo ./ubuntu-gnome-lockscreen-background-changer.sh
- Logout and log back in to see the changes
