Set the SMS import logic

• first login, import all sms to cache/physical location
• first login, ask user to choose which senders to consider (banks)
• second login, only import sms from selected senders
• second login, add option to add new senders
• any login, add recommendations for which senders to add from previous/others users data, ai/ml possibly can help. Less priority.
• Decide on how often to import SMS, should app listen automatically to new sms, or should be prompted?
• maintain the unique sms id and feed to the backend, to avoid reimporting, rewriting same sms, again and again.
• Create more issues, to make this widget functional
