Input field issues

• Stop keyboard overlaying input fields in some situations
• Style all inputs (text & select fields)
• Remove autofocus (maybe just for touch devices)
• Reduce delay from tapping input field to keyboard opening on touch devices (might not be possible).
• Clear pin and handle focus when error modal opens.
• Remove capitalisation / spell check etc

Sometimes the delay is still there when tapping input fields, but I think it's an OS level issue. The best I could do was improve the tappable area to reduce user error.
