DrawLayerTest 프로젝트 진행

TBitmapLayer에 실시간 Drawing > BuildPolyline으로 선의 Polygone 생성 후 그리면 테두리(?)가 표시
TPositionedLayer에 좌표 기록 후 Painting > 실시간 그리기 시 멈춤현상 발생
clipper library로 Clipper(Polygon merge) 기능 변경 후 멈춤현상 해소
