weight argument needs to be updated

for functions that use stringdist within them (cat_match/join/replace) our weight argument has a default of c(d = 1, i = 1, t = 1) and string dist has: c(d = 1, i = 1, s = 1, t = 1). Trying to use osa/dl metric without specifying the weight argument returns an error
