[ePI] More leaflets - more ePI's - more languages #35
Comments
yes, but after testing with mvp2 |
Preferrably I'd likke the following mapping to be complete:
-where only 436308, 69790, 423096, 507874 and 112869 are currently valid. |
mapping? |
EU identifiers |
like
|
To be clear: all I need is that data and then Im pretty much ready/done for mvp3. The rest of the work is to be done by lenses. |
great. Added to MVP3 and set a date. To be clear, what you want is:
|
Yes. The sooner the better. And annotated. And stored in lists as with the existing ones. Any language is fine. The more the better. |
@joofio what would an ETA be? |
so the request, i have noticed three groups.
please check the grouping below. DONE SIMILAR: Orlistat Rivopharm - https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7-eu/gravitate-health/Bundle-bundlepackageleaflet-37d610f9c96d541562699215b0864126.html TO BE CREATED Vitacare Modigen @jkiddo can you check the similar ones? |
I cannot say whether the content is correct or not. What I can say is that the identifiers seems incorrect. |
the identifiers we can change. they are mostly mock at the moment. The issue is that you have slitghly different products, can we try to align them? |
The precision of the products are not important for me. The most important thing is that they are mapped to 'something' and that the identifiers are somewhat realistic, stable and that the resources are also referred in lists where the language is also stated. |
So, i think i have created data for every product. I need to know the mappings you need and i believe its done. Also added a few epis in DK. I can process the ema panflets in danish preety fast, so i can add those languages for all "EMA based" products easily. let me know what you think |
|
It finds the List (https://gravitate-health.lst.tfo.upm.es/epi/api/fhir/List/list-FK653990) and passes on the argument from the list being the reference Bundle/FK653990 ... but the focusing mechanism claims it does not exist? |
The Bundle reference is https://gravitate-health.lst.tfo.upm.es/epi/api/fhir/Bundle/FK653990 |
@jkiddo the dev server is now pointing to the dev ePI and IPS FHIR Servers, but It is still not working. This happens because the FK ePIs are not in the same format as the other we have and, in your bundle (for example) it gives 503 because there's no category code to search. |
@aalonsolopez - alright. What assumptions does the lens make? It sounds like we should have some FHIR profiles for the document bundles @joofio . |
The Focusing Manager is searching for a category on the ePI which is missing. We have been talking here in UPM about adding the Raw category if it's missing. |
I personally don't know if the Gravitate Health IG specifies that a Raw ePI always should include that category coding "R", or if it can also be missing. If this last case is true, we will do what @aalonsolopez says |
Regardless - shouldn't it just return the ePI - code or not - if it fails? |
Correct. Besides this conversation, that's a bug we are solving today |
Done Gravitate-Health/focusing-manager@e8627e7
|
@joofio then its back to you :) I need some more entries in the List. Most, if not all Lists only have a single entry. |
@gmej do we have a github issue with the information that should be carried in the HTTP header when e.g. there is no preprocessed version of the document bundles? |
more data to be added by compendia and (semi) automatica preprocessors |
Can we have ePI's in at least two languages for each of the medications listed in https://github.com/hl7-eu/gravitate-health#data in this IG - implying that they'll also be loaded into the FOSPS?
