Der Wortlaut der Beschreibung der beiden Profile "CH Allergy Intolerance" und "CH Allergy Intolerance Condition" ist weitgehend identisch.

Sind überhaupt beide Profile nötig: Innerhalb des vorliegenden IG wird lediglich das Profil "CH Allergy Intolerance" weiterverwendet (im "CH Allergy Intolerance Composition Profile"), das Profil "CH Allergy Intolerance Condition" dagegen nicht.

Bieten zwei CH-Profile die Erfassung von Allergien und Intoleranzen an, stellt sich die Frage, mit welchem sie denn nun mit FHIR übermittelt werden sollen: als "CH Allergy Intolerance"? Oder tatsächlich als Condition ("CH Allergy Intolerance Condition")? Oder als beide zugleich?

Empfehlung:

• Falls beide Profile nötig sind: Die Abgrenzung beider Profile zueinander in der Beschreibung ausarbeiten (à la Kapitel «Boundaries and Relationships», welches in vielen FHIR Ressourcen und Profilen dazu verwendet wird).
• Falls nicht beide Profile nötig, Profil «CH Allergy Intolerance Condition» streichen
