The package.json file has the following to entries in the npm package:

https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-core/4.0.0/package.tgz

pacakge.json

  "notForPublication" : true,
  "url" : "file:///home/michaela/github/ch-core/output",

this leads for derived ig's to wrong links:

e.g in https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/4.0.0/StructureDefinition-ch-emed-organization.html the
