Das MTP Document stellt die aktuelle Veränderung der Medikation dar.
Dies sollte umfassen:
Jedes Medikament, das neu verordnet wird oder das gestoppt wird, oder dessen Dosis verändert wird:

  • dosage.timing.repeat.boundsPeriod.start = "2012-02-04"
  • dosage.timing.repeat.when[0] = #MORN
  • dosage.timing.repeat.when[+] = #EVE
    dann fehlt wohl:
  • dosage.timing.repeat.boundsPeriod.end = today
    Ich würde das auch so in der Explanation aufnehmen, damit klar ist, wie das MTP document eingesetzt wird.

An MTP document is used when a healthcare professional decides that the patient should receive a specific medication, see Use Case (e.g. Erstbesuch beim Hausarzt). There is one document for each medication/each decision. It does not represent the medication history.
