When merging documents, an extension (ch-vacd-ext-merging-conflict-entry-reference) shall be added to resources if there's a conflict (duplicated resource) detected. In case of an Immunization, the criteria for a duplicated resource might be same vaccine with the same occurenceDateTime.
What would be the criteria for the other resource types (Condition, AllergyIntolerance, Observation)? Could the criteria be added to the description of the resource types?
