Der Code sollte im ValueSet enthalten sein, da Scale = doc
http://build.fhir.org/valueset-doc-typecodes.html
https://search.loinc.org/searchLOINC/search.zul?query=77603-9
Allerdings gibt es in der Spec keine vollständige Expansion, da >1000 codes.

Wenn der Server nur das ValueSet verwendet, anstatt der "echten" Expansion, kann es zu dem Fehler kommen
