The rich text (such as test with format) can not save as html format and only a text saved in folds for clipboard item in Win11. This problem not is influenced by Chinese word, but These is another problem about Chinese word. The linux code is zh_CN.UTF-8 . The UTF-8 coding file from Windows is right showed in software but the not right with directly paste in linux. The content is right by pasting from software or pop out item by rightly click the tray icon . After paste using content in software (not direct paste by ctrl+V), the clipboard is right again.

Not sure if I understand. Is the problem copy/pasting the HTML? If so, what is pasted and what is in the clipboard (you can inspect the data+formats with Ctrl+Shift+C)?
