FR: Centralise code base for all Volvo domains

Context/Description

As a developer, I want to have a centralised code base for all my domains, in order to only have to manage one source

Acceptance Criteria

Developer AC:

1. Centralize the code base for all Volvo domains into one
2. Take care to remove any hard-coded differences
3. Create a configuration file for the specific domains
4. Change the hard-coded differences into configurations within the configuration file for that specific domain
