[BUG] [Steam Deck] On-screen keyboard forced under GFN window.

Describe the bug

The steam decks on screen keyboard is forced under the GFN window in desktop mode. As there is no way to toggle out of full screen mode using the steam decks controler you can't enter login information ect for launchers.

To Reproduce

1. Launch in desktop mode and launch any game.

2. Press steam and X to bring up the on screen keyboard.

3. Keyboard is now under the gfn window and unused.
