此套件為 hexo-fb-comments-plugin 更名過來，版本號沿用，但跳一個次要版號象徵新的開始。一來新套件的命名更符合 hexo，二來 npmjs 之前出了 bug，導致 v0.1.1 版無法取得，在個人的頁面上也無法看到（但套件數有+1，用搜尋功能可以找到，可點開是 404😔）。新名稱發布成功後，想說用 cli 寫個棄用訊息好了，哪天他正常了就能看到知道要轉移。結果發布棄用訊息後，一切都正常了🤔
