SELECT overdrive activation doesn't work on vocals #37

With overdrive activation on SELECT for vocals and drums enabled, the SELECT button does not activate for vocals at all, even in the activation zones. Not sure if this issue plagues drums at all.

select to deploy modifier has been removed due to not working, and breaking other buttons in game.
