We're also facing this failure sometimes:

X tests.DoobiePersistenceKeywordNamespaceSuite.doobie: Appending must be idempotent

Some part of this problem was due to interference of other platforms' tests running at the same time and changing the database. This is solved now as the databases are separated.
But I'll let this issue be open for some time if there are other coincidences.
