Makefile to build RapidSVN for Intel Mac.

This makefile downloads the source taballs below and build a RapidSVN binary
with steps described in the RapidSVN "INSTALL" file.

- db-4.8.30.NC
- apr-1.4.5
- apr-util-1.3.12
- neon-0.29.6
- subversion-1.7.2 + unicode_path patch(*1)
- wxMac-2.8.12
- rapidsvn-trunk (r8226)

It will make a 32-bit binary and libraries above are statically linked.
