We need to find a way to secure and safeguard the designers we have while sourcing for others @piouson

Away from that how do we manage each design? Different repositories? One repo with many branches?

I think that we should start a Github organization right now before we continue with any discussions.

Firstly, We need to know what we want to create.

  1. Recruit designers to give template for it and we decide which of the design we prefer.

  2. Then we begin to create the design and covert it to the application before Wednesday night.

It isn’t clear to me yet whether we’re supposed to implement the designs individually or as a group?

We will check on how many designs we have and co-ordinate their development in groups

My suggestion

  1. Get the designers on board as many as possible
  2. Are review team to check on the best designs and their implementability

Am ready to co-ordinate this

Regarding backend, what language are we going to use?

I think getting enough designers is the first thing we need to do
If we can have like one designer to one frontenders so we can have like more than 50 template this will give us higher chances of people using our team template

Mobile has a separate task from frontend.

Frontend for hotel website theme while mobile think of an app to build

Mobile devs, remember the app must be transferable many other niches

Many of them want to be sure they will be part of the 200 team member selected.
So I have really reduce the pace at which I recruit them

I suggest while recruiting designers, we should go for designs that are not complicated.

Please let's take our time to select the best guys.

For it to have been selected, that means it is okay, we don't have to go for the overly complicated ones, we just have to make sure our execution is on point, then some guys that can help others will help to if we can finish all task fast.

Are we designing for mobile?

@olabode-dev

We are not designing for mobile, but I think we will have to work well on responsiveness of the site, so it will run smoothly.

I think the list of designs should be made available in the channel for nominations, so that we can get the best design to work with.
