Release 0.1.2 - Updated docs and some makefile cleanup

This release contains...

• Dropped makefile support for BSD. Updated various docs to remove BSD references.
• Added “make install” support to makefile
• Cleaned up in-app help output. More terse, easier to read. Not as descriptive, but README and GUIDE provide details.
• Some general docs cleanup.
