RFC pjdb-docker

Hi, I have been wanting something like pjdb (a better jdb) and came across this repo and made this containerized version of it https://github.com/shyam-habarakada/pjdb-docker. This issue is to start a discussion around that and get your input on if this would be a useful thing and if so, where to take it from here. Thanks @hokuda

@shyam-habarakada , Thanks for having an interest to my tool :) I think containerizing fits for the time. Especially, it's a good fit for TUI/CLI. I sent a PR since I found a few issues in the Dockerfile. Cheers!
