Add Juneteenth to US holidays #195

Juneteenth was recently made a federal holiday in the United States, so it's added here.

Emancipation Day in Texas is referring to the same holiday, but given that the official Juneteenth National Independence Day is now a federal holiday I left them separate. Let me know if I can make any changes, thanks!
