Unable to connect to UI on windows

Describe the bug
Launcher doesn't work for me on Windows. I tried v0.3.2. Managed to install Elemental Chat v0.0.1-alpha37, but when trying to open it, I get an "Unable to connect" message in the browser. Same problem with Elemental Chess.

To Reproduce
Install launcher and chat on windows. Click "open"

Expected behavior
A web ui should pop-up

Chat works, but not Chess, I get a blank page. In the console I see this error: `Loading module from “http://localhost:15953/b2631de6.js” was blocked because of a disallowed MIME type (“text/plain”)`

Actually @ddd-mtl , what browser shows up for you? And could you try accessing the same UI (http://localhost:XXXX) from another browser?

Tried chrome, FF, and Edge. Edge has a more precise error msg: `Failed to load module script: Expected a JavaScript module script but the server responded with a MIME type of "text/plain". Strict MIME type checking is enforced for module scripts per HTML spec.`
