  • Updated bootstrap files + modified the ones which need to be upgraded against hwboot modifications (like image/background's paths).
  • All bootstrap js/less files are included for development purpose but you don't always need to use them.
  • I've moved all less files in a dedicated folder so the page_head_style.tpl template was also modified.
  • (same for images)
  • bootstrap.less moved into the less folder

I forgot to say that bootstrap requires the latest version of lesscss and the php compiler (lessphp) is not yet compatible. So for the moment, bootstrap 2.0.2 is only available with the less javascript compiler. I have added support for less.js in ezless (pending pull request) : https://github.com/alafon/ezless/tree/lessjs_support
