Summary
Hopefully fixes: #1159 by setting some additional audio attributes for the alarm, tested on my Pixel 4 XL and the alarm stream continues to work as expected.
The only other thing I can think of is the default alarm URI is coming in as blank, but I would suspect a crash report if that were the case.
