Summary
Updates Google dependencies that had a new release today + Kotlin to 1.9.10 now that it is possible. The Compose bug fix release is notable as all our dropdowns had keyboards showing up when they shouldn't have. Tested and app/wear seem to work as expected.
Play Services Wearable also had an update and while it seems to work OK, I can't find a changelog so not including it yet.
