Add mm/s as a native unit of measurement for speed device class

Devices using mm/s (such as ones in esphome) are currently throwing a warning as there is no support for mm/s.

Esphome devices, plus ld2410_BLE, plus any mmWave sensor such as the LD2450 https://www.hlktech.net/index.php?id=1157 is effected by this issue. Anything currently supporting distance/movement could potentially benefit by this.

This makes sense to me. Anything using an LD24* series chip or other similar chip is going to report in mm/s not mm/h or similar. mm/h makes sense for precipitation etc but not for radar/etc sensors which are becoming all the more common.

At least esphome, ld2410_ble, and any other integration that uses these chips would report this way.
