Denon AVR Network Receivers integration shows "Retrying setup: TimeoutException:" after upgrade to 2016.6.4

The problem

Integration was working prior to 2016.6.4. Log shows:

2021-06-14 22:41:06 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.config_entries] Config entry 'Marantz NR1504' for denonavr integration not ready yet: TimeoutException: ; Retrying in background

Device was connected to network at time of upgrade and is pingable. Removing and then adding Integration does not work as device is not found when IP address is supplied as input during installation. Workaround to restore back to 2016.6.3 has temporarily resolved issue.

Same with both my AVR-X4700 and AVR-950. Rolling back to 6.3 solved the problem.

I restored my HA to 2021.6.3, and got Denon integration back working.

Could be related to the issue where the Heos controller stops working.
