Mopeka integration is missing all translations in 2023.2.x

The problem

Bluetooth is not auto-detecting the Mopeka Tank Sensor. When I try to add the integration manually, I get a blank pop up with no buttons or options. I will add a screenshot below.

I do see the missing string on 2023.2.1 but not in dev

I haven't figured out what is broken in 2023.2.1 yet though

Since updating from 2022.2.1 to 2022.2.1 I have seen the change from blank to "No devices found on the network." But... I do have 3 Mopeka devices in range, being read by my phone app and my Victron system. The RPi bluetooth is working for other types of sensors, Bluetooth integration is setup properly. Are there any other tricks to "find" these Mopkea devices?

Please open a separate issue and provide diagnostics for your bluetooth adapter as well as the mac addresses of the missing Mopeka sensors. They probably have a different model id that we don't yet know about.
