Obihai Obitalk integration was already setup and working. Then, I upgraded to Home Assistant 2023.5.1 and it shows as a newly discovered integration, even though the same name already shows up as a configured integration also. I only have one HA and one OBi device. The OBi uses static IP via a DHCP reservation. This seems a bug in the discovery which was unaware that it was already discovered and fully setup.
What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?
core-2023.5.1
What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?
Hey there @dshokouhi, @ejpenney, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (obihai) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

This is a know issue, I tried resolving #91239 before 2022.5 released but unfortunately it's still pending approval. Once that PR gets merged the issue should go away.
