Add Reolink day night switch threshold

Add Reolink day night switch threshold, value between 0 and 100 that determines at which light level the camera switches from infra red black&white to color mode (or the other way).
Only applicable if the select.day_night_mode entity is in the "auto" state (instead of in "color" or "black&white")
Disabled by default.
