Don't return TTS URL in Assist pipeline

Proposed change

The TTS media URL was unnecessarily being returned by a function in the pipeline, which caused an error when there was no TTS media item.

Additionally, logging of an empty debug recording queue exception was avoided. This occurs if a pipeline throws an exception while debug recording is enabled, but is not necessary to report.
