Add deprecation warning for alarm_control_panel supported features when using magic numbers

This one is a bit different since we do not use the value internally

AlarmControlPanelEntityFeature was introduced in April 2022. Some integrations need a bit more time to migrate so a compat layer is added and will be removed in 2025.1.x
